Mill Farm Riding School – Cancellation Policy

At Mill Farm Riding School, every lesson and ride is carefully planned to ensure the welfare of our horses and the efficient scheduling of our instructors. We kindly ask all customers to respect our cancellation policy.

48 Hours’ Notice Required

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rearranged at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full cost of the lesson or ride.

Unavoidable Absences



We understand that genuine emergencies and unavoidable circumstances can arise. In these situations, if you contact us as soon as possible and rebook within 7 days (alongside your existing scheduled bookings), we will waive any additional fee for rearranging your lesson or ride. This is at the discretion of Mill Farm Riding School.

Our 48-hour cancellation period allows us to manage the workload of our instructors, allocate horses appropriately, and offer cancelled spaces to other riders. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
